Bear Eating Neighbor's Trash!

So today, I found out that there was a bear at my neighbor's house eating their trash! Our window is able to see their backyard, and their we spotted a cute cub eating and knocking over trash bins. We called our city's police department, but they said that if the cub isn't attacking anyone, then nothing has to be done. So there I was, standing and looking at the little bear in awe.
